Ostara + Energetic New Year

With Spring approaching, I wanted to figure out what kind of ritual I would do to celebrate the Equinox and Energetic New Year. I love Spring Equinox(Ostara) because It represents awakening, rebirth and renewal— and it ushers in my birthday month! This year, I thought it would be fun to create a Vision board.

Vision Boards are a great tool for creating a visual road map for your future self! I can’t tell you the last time I made one that wasn’t only on Pinterest. So, back to basics but elevated with Vision Board 2.0 !

What I mean by 2.0 is having an intentional experience and approaching it like I would a ritual. My intention for this board is clarity and a visual road map for the next 1 to 2 years.
I’ll start by setting the space, clearing out stale energy and any old visual representations that may not feel true anymore. Then i’ll make sure I have everything I need for the board as well as snacks and a chill playlist! (which I linked below)

Its important to me that during the time that I set aside for Vision Boarding, its uninterrupted (setting my phone on Do Not Disturb for the hour, etc.) my intention is to approach it like a meditation. Focusing my energy on building my Vision Map!

Ostara/ Energetic New Year begins on 3/19 and the Energy is potent until 3/23. Any time in between would be a wonderful time to set your intention for this new cycle.
