Reiki Boost
Reiki Boost is done in a distance session only. Each boost is targeted Reiki energy clearing and empowerment. I will recommend a full Reiki session for more in depth release and empowerment but a boost is great for those days you have limited time as they can be done while you’re on the go! You will feel a sense of calm and then a boost of energy.
Recommended for those who have regular full Reiki sessions and want upkeep between full sessions.
